Payment methods

Pay online
Pay online through our payment portal. Just enter your breach number and registration plate, then click “Search” and fill in the details.
Please note a surcharge applies for credit/debit card payments.
Note:
If your ‘Breach No‘ begins with either numbers ‘7’ or ‘9’
e.g. ‘70000XXXX’ or ‘9000XXXX’
If your ‘Breach No‘ begins with the numbers ‘2’, ‘3’ or ‘4’
e.g. ‘20000XXXX’, ‘30000XXXX’ or ‘40000XXXX’

Pay by bank
Pay via Internet Banking or in person at any ANZ Bank Branch. Payments can be made to account number:
01-0102-0536383-005
Please use the Breach Notice number in the reference field when making payment this way.
Payments without a reference cannot be allocated to your breach notice.

Pay by phone
Pay by credit or debit card over the phone. Call us on 0800 727 536, and provide your breach notice number and credit or debit card details to one of our friendly New Zealand-based customer service team members.
This service is available between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
